Mat Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout focused on building core strength, improving stability, and moving with more control. All exercises are performed on a mat using your body weight or light weights, with an emphasis on technique and alignment.
Yes. Our classes are designed to be accessible for all levels. Instructors provide options and progressions, so you can work at a pace that suits your body.
Mat Pilates uses your body weight for resistance, while Reformer uses springs. Mat classes place more emphasis on control, stability, and deep core activation without external support.
