Our mindfulness classes are included in all of our memberships and credit packages. They are designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and restore balance . Through breathwork, visualisation, sound reset sessions, and cacao ceremonies, each class creates space to release tension and calm the mind.
A Sound Bath is a 60-minute session where you lie comfortably while the instructor plays instruments such as crystal singing bowls and chimes. The sounds create a calm environment designed to help you relax and unwind.
